Hamzeh Kourbeh, Executive Manager
As Group head of HRA, I am fully responsible for the smooth & profitable operation of BT Group human resources department. I am supervising and providing my services to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor relations. As HR group head, I am taking leadership role in developing a culture that enables employees to perform in accordance to a group objectives.
I am effectively planning, designing, developing & evaluating human resource-related initiatives that support group strategic goals. In addition, I am leading performance management, talent assessment,
& effective labor relationships, including negotiating & administering labor agreements.
Ahmad Ajlan Ahmad Alshehri, HRA Department Head
– Accomplished business development subjects offering 34 years proven success in achieving business projects and goals in highly competitive markets of Saudi Arabia such as Bin Laden Group and other GCC countries as part of it.
– Carrying out an outstanding knowledge in the cycle of Project Management, Strategic Planning and Business Development and General Management of businesses building or re-structuring its organizational structure, control and monitor strategic plans and its policy system and its effectiveness.
Obeida Kayal, Business Development Department Head

Nabil Sharf Eldin, Commercial Studies Manager
– Oversees that of the projects staff are properly organized to carry out the tasks needed to accomplish the defined goals and objectives.
– Oversees the development of master plans for the projects entrusted to the company through contractual obligations and ensures that they are always updated and that they meet with the objectives set by top management.
– Plans the results that are to be obtained from his department’s work in view of the objectives, staffing, allocated time, allocated budgets, and other constrains set by the upper management.

Alaa Sadek, Managed Services Operations Head

Ali Almansour, Quality Department Head
– Oversees IT operations and Leads team of IT staff.

Feras Moslemani, IT Department Head

Ahmad Badrawi, Finance Manager
As Legal section Head, I am fully responsible to Keep the organization adhered the constitution and by-laws as well as the laws and regulations of the country. Drafting and Vetting of all legal documents and co-ordination with the lawyers to ensure documents are legally sound. Visit to competent Authorities for
documentations, follow up and keeping the record of the same. Follow up with Lawyers for updating of legal cases. Follow up with concerned officer to attend the court on time. Attend the meetings / conferences as and when required / directed by superiors.
Majed Ahmad Abdul Kadir Eid, Legal section Head
