The Client

Princess Nora bint Abdulrahman University is the first largest women’s university in the world located in Saudi Arabia, composed of 32 campuses across the Riyadh region. King Abdullah Bin Abdul-Aziz launched the building of the world’s largest and most modern women’s institution of higher education in a self-contained higher education city.

PNU needs to maintain high safety standards of the O&M services in their operations. BTAM as contractor helps them to meet these commitments as well as standard services such as low current maintenance.

The BTAM Approach & Solution

BTAM developed a tailored package of O & M services to be delivered by a multi-skilled workforce. Our operational approach was drawn up after a site survey and consideration of the particular needs of a University environment. These structures were implemented to deliver the wide range of quality services that has been requested thus provides an efficient and optimum communication channel which ensures that the client’s customer service expectations are achieved at all times.

To ensure best-in-class delivery, we monitor all aspects of contract performance using software & hardware packages to control activities and provide performance reports to our clients.

Our service delivery is based around specific work schedules and key performance indicators. BTAM’S self-regulatory checking system works alongside the client’s own monitoring procedures to maintain a tight level of adherence to contract and service level agreements. Staff as are trained on an ongoing basis to ensure international standards is met.
