King Saud University (KSU) is the premier University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is highly respected in the Arab and Muslim countries. The university is located in a large modern state of the art campus and is equipped with the latest instructional technology. King Saud University has begun a massive program of investment and development that will enable it to achieve world-class status within a few years.
BTAM has a strong relationship with King Saud University (KSU). BTAM provides a wide range of O & M services for KSU and has recently awarded a new 3 year O & M contract for campuses in Riyadh, Jeddah, Al Hassa and Medina.
What O & M initiatives and benefits has BTAM introduced to KSU?
With BTAM large portfolio of services designed to support the KSU day to day running, it’s important that we can also offer the most appropriate method of service delivery. Our solution is a single service solution, as our client was looking for a fully integrated service to support their business needs and BTAM was that company.
We ensure the KSU is kept safe from risk of fire by doing regular maintenance and checks of the fire detection systems, making sure the CCTV, Access Control function correctly, setting up of all the Audio Visual systems for classes and making sure all the low current systems are working 24/7.
